You'll talk to more people in three days than in a month of visits. After each conversation, step aside and say what you heard. After the show, we send you a report with every follow-up.

How it works at the show

Talk after each conversation, check your notes at night, and get a report after the show.

During the show

After each conversation, hit the red button and say what you heard. Name the person and the company.

On a break or at night

On your computer, open Activity Review, check what Minecart suggests, and approve. Nothing is saved until you do.

After the show

We send you a report with your follow-ups, the people you met and the opportunities you found. It shows the work you put in.

Find the invite and set your password

Open your work email and search for Tromml Minecart
It arrives once your account is created. From Tromml Minecart, subject You're Invited to Tromml Minecart.
Not in your inbox? Check junk or spam
It's a no-reply address, so mail apps often file it there. Mark it as not junk.
Open it and tap Set Password
It's below the app store buttons.
Choose a password and save it
One password for the phone and the web. Your login is your work email.

Install it and open it
The icon is the Minecart ring on a dark square.
Log in with your work email and the password you just set
Allow the microphone when it asks. Notes are spoken, not typed.
You'll see a greeting and a red button
That's the screen you'll use most.
!Wrong password or "user not found"? Tap Set Password in the invite email again. The app and the website use the same login.

Before the show

Take a quick note for each meeting you have planned

Take one note per account
Say the company, who you're meeting, and what you want to cover.
Minecart files it on the account
If the company is new, create it in Activity Review, the same as any other note.
When the meeting starts, it's on your phone
Open the account and your prep note is right there, so you walk in knowing what you wanted to ask.
!Use the same red button. A prep note is just a note you take before the conversation instead of after it.

Review your notes on a computer, on a break or at night

Give each note a few minutes
Minecart takes a few minutes to process a note before it's ready to review.
On your computer, open headframe.tromml.com/activity-review and log in
Same email and password as the phone. Bookmark it before the show.
Check what Minecart suggests
Nothing is saved until you approve. If the company is new, the first suggestion is a ticked New account row, so approving creates it.
Fix anything that's off
The pencil next to the note fixes a misspelled name. The ✕ removes a wrong account or a person who doesn't belong.
Approve, and it's saved
Everything you picked is saved and the note moves to Approved.
!Suggestions look wrong? Rerun note runs it again. Just want the note filed? Keep as a note saves it with nothing else created.
